6 Sets of:
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean

High hang is above mid thigh, hang is right above knee. Drop the bar and full reset for Squat Clean.
Go up weight every two sets. Start with a weight that is heavy, but not challenging.
