Happy Friday!! Those of you participating in the paleo diet,  stay strong!  We believe in you.  Reach out to our community if you are getting stumped with recipes or food prep.  We have plenty of people to support you through the 45 days.  Remember to keep track of your daily scores on Wodomation!

If you have friends that have been asking about CrossFit, bring them to our Community Workout tomorrow (Saturday)  to give them a taste of what it’s all about.  Two options:  9:00 a.m. Downtown, or 9:30 a.m. Sugarhouse.  We love to see new faces.

SealFit Basic meets Saturday morning, Downtown at 7:30 a.m.  Give it a try if you haven’t yet.  We’ve got awesome leaders Kiston, Amy, and Tommy that’ll get your HOOYAH in shape.
