You’ll hear a brief explanation of our programs and how everything works, we’ll answer questions, and then do a quick workout. If you’re ready and you want something more than an introductory session, join us for Elements. Elements is a three hour class held here at Ute CrossFit Downtown SLC. During Elements we introduce you to the CrossFit foundation movements, assess your fitness level and make sure you are ready to begin our CrossFit Basics or Daily WODs (Workout of the Day). If you would prefer to learn CrossFit fundamentals or try your first class individually with a trainer, Personal Training may be the right solution for you.
