This month we will be focusing a lot on fundamentals. Please “buy-in” with us and make an effort to spend each day working on simply moving better. Don’t worry, there won’t be any less intensity or fitness, just a little extra time getting back to the basics of good movement.

Announcements:
Sugarhouse 12:30 class will be cancelled after this week. Friday April 15 will be the last 12:30 class for a while. Attendance has been low (less than 4 people on average) and we have a noon class at Downtown so it doesn’t make sense to keep the 12:30 scheduled.
