Warm-up
2 Tabata Rounds at each station
-Air squat
-PVC g’morning
-R side plank
-L side plank

Testing Day:

20 minutes to work up to 1RM Deadlift

In between sets complete 4 sets of max rep strict pull-up. If you can do more than 10 hold medball between legs. If fewer than 3 have partner assist by holding your feet. Shoot for 5-10 reps each set.
