Reminders for the week: We are having our Christmas Party/Throwdown this Saturday starting at 8:00am at Sugarhouse! Come in and hit the “Christmas Crippler” workout by yourself or as a team of 2. Grab that special someone, could be a spouse, significant other, BFF or Swolemate and participate in the workout then cool down with drinks (byob) and pancakes (on us). We are also encouraging people to bring toys or winter clothes for the Road Home as we will be making a donation like we did last year. Please come by even if you don’t want to do the workout because we can always use some extra hands to help judge, score keep and cheer people on!
*Dont forget for Thanksgiving we did a food drive and the Downtown Gym won by over 50 lbs. Let’s make sure Sugarhouse redeems themselves for this Christmas WOD, we will be keeping score by number of items donated.
