We hope everyone had an amazing Christmas. Our staff is exhausted from working overtime at the North Pole (we go up every Christmas Eve to load presents in Santa’s sleigh) but we are excited to get back after it and have a great last week of 2015!!!

Dec. 31 all evening classes cancelled. Last classes are 12:00 Downtown and 12:30 at Sugarhouse.
Jan. 1 Closed for the day.
Jan. 2 Regular Schedule, work off that New Years day football watching food hangover.
8×3 Deadlift @ 80% of 1RM
rest exactly 2:00 between sets
*beginners do 3×5 each leg KB SLDL, then start light and add weight each set
**advanced work up to 80% of 1RM, then do all 8 sets at that weight
