With the New Year we have some announcements for you!

First,  daycare only at 9:30 am M,W,F  at Sugarhouse.  Amber Fisher will be with us to watch the kiddos in the daycare.

Second, Saturday classes will be held at Sugarhouse at 8:30 am and 9:30 am. Downtown will have classes at 7:30 a.m. (SealFit), 8:00 am, and 9:00 am.

—–The 9:00 DT and 9:30 SH Saturday classes will be “community wods” Bring a friend, it’s our new way of running intro classes. Free for first timers trying the gym. 

Last,  be sure to welcome our new full-time trainer, Kloie Wilson!  She will be coaching at Sugarhouse starting this week and we are excited to have her.

Pre-Work

Superset all 3 movements:

  1. 3×8 goblet squat
  2. 3×8 banded good morning
  3. 3×8 box jump

Strength

10×2 Deadlift with bands.

  • Rest exactly 90 sec. between sets.
  • Use 30-50% of max on the bar + the band tension
  • Emphasis on speed and keeping a good back
