A. Work up to heavy sumo deadlift
B. Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds: 3 SUMO Deadlift + 5 tuck jumps
*Do DL @ about 85% of 1RM and the 5x tuck jumps as high as possible immediately following each set of deadlifts.
