Sugarhouse East Gym update: We had planned on moving out of the East gym this month because it wasn’t really being used enough to justify the cost, but a plan B formed recently and now we are sharing space in the evenings with a brand new wrestling club. The club is coached by Nathaniel Holt, great coach and phenomenal wrestler back in his day. They will be in there most evenings between 4:30-6:30pm. Our plans for that space include adding back in interval classes 2-3x per day. We are working on a plan for that and will have a more specific date planned soon…one thing at a time. In the mean time, if you were used to using open gym space there it is a lot more limited for the time being. Please plan on using the downtown gym for open gym space in the evenings  where there is plenty of room to work some lifts on your own.
