Snatch Position Work

5 sets of
3 Position Pausing Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Squat Snatch

70-80% 1RM for all sets
Pause for 3 seconds at 2in off floor, below knee, and mid thigh. Stand all the way up and return to the floor. Set up and perform 1 full squat snatch.

50-40-30-20-10 Air Squats
5 Power Snatches in between each round
