A. 5:00 EMOM light weight
1x Snatch Pull + snatch Hi-Pull + Power Snatch + 1 OHS
*first pull from floor, hi-pull and pwr sntach just go from high hang, movements flow into each other, no reset
then
B. 10 reps High Hang Squat Snatch increasing in weight
*beginner do 10 reps of 5 second snatch increasing in weight
then
C. 5 Reps of Full Snatch to hit daily max
