Hope everyone is feeling recovered after Monday, that was a brutal 30:00. We had a ton of PR deadlifts yesterday, congrats to everyone on the improvement and also to our coaches for doing a great job because I saw a LOT of really good form even at a very high percentage of Max load. That’s a huge credit to the coaches and also to all of you for taking coaching well and being willing to learn. Today is simple but effective, here we Go!
