Oly Technique Work- EMOM for 6min- find a good base weight, then bump up if possible
Odd- Squat Clean + 2x Push Press
Even- Power Clean + Front Squat w/3sec pause + Dip pause Jerk
WOD- 3 Rounds- rest 2min between rounds
10x Ground to Overhead (cluster, snatch, clean & jerk) (95/135#)
** 7x Wall Balls during rest**
Post Work- Run around the block.
1min Pec Stretch in Rig
Towel Space Stretch- 1min on each side
Roll and Stretch.
