Oly Technique Work- Warm up snatches w/ 3 sets 3 position Snatch,

then attempt 3-4×1 Heavy Snatches-you can work up in weight, goal is NO misses!

 

WOD- 4 Rounds- rest 2 min between rounds

6x Heavy Front Loaded Lunges about 50% front squat max (total)

:30sec Burpee Pull Ups

20cal Row (fast/hard)

Score= Weight and highest burpee pull up round

 

Post Work- Cool down row.
