FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS: CrossFit Open 2016

The CrossFit Open starts this upcoming week on February 25.  Each Friday, through the Open, we will get together from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Downtown gym. We’re hoping to have a fun and motivating atmosphere for those competing in the Open, as well as a chance to have the “non-competitors” come cheer them on.  The first week will include our party for the conclusion of the paleo challenge. We’ll have more details as they come! Hold on tight because 16.1 will be here before we know it.
