Attention: If you go to the Daycare Classes please remember that Nora is out of town and will not be there to watch your kids for the entire week. You are welcome to share the duties with eachother or feel free to place your kid in the daycare area and work out in the East gym. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Attempt a Freestanding Handstand Kick Up OR a Cartwheel on each side

400m Run

15x Push Ups (hardest variation)

30x Sit Ups

15x Split Jumps
