hump day

Skill for 15 minutes complete:

-10x knee tuck on rower (feet on seat hands on floor)
-5x pull to invert on bar
-1x skin the cat
-5x deck squats
-10-30 second ring support hold or FLR
-10 second L hang from bar
-10x shoulder taps with toes against wall or 30 second handstand hold

WOD:swings and broad jump.001
